Return Eligibility

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Products marked as final sale
  • Opened trading card packs, sealed collectibles that have been opened, or items altered after delivery

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we may cover the return shipping costs.
  • For other eligible returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.
